By participating in our auction, you automatically agree to the following terms:
HOW TO BID
- All auctions are Blind Auctions. Bids must be sent privately via Direct Message (DM) to this exact account @revoirlux.cy
- Public comments will be turned off to protect your privacy.
- Minimum bidding increment will be stated in the specific item’s post.
- The auction lasts for 48 hours. The highest bidder at the closing time wins.
🚨 SCAM ALERT & PAYMENT SECURITY
- WE WILL NEVER DM YOU FIRST TO ASK FOR PAYMENT.
- If you win, you will receive an official payment link via our verified Revolut Business or JCC Payment Systems.
- We DO NOT accept transfers to personal bank accounts.
- Always verify our IBAN before transferring. Our official business IBAN ends in 1235 or 2861 and the Beneficiary Name must be REVOIR LUXURY LTD. Report any suspicious messages immediately!
PAYMENT TIMEFRAME & JOYBIDDERS
- The winning bidder must secure their item by transferring a non-refundable 20% deposit within 03 hours of receiving the official winning notification.
- If the deposit is not received within 03 hours, the item will automatically be offered to the runner-up, and the original winner will be permanently blocked.
- The remaining 80% balance must be settled within 24 hours from the time the auction ends.
- Failure to pay the remaining balance within 24 hours will result in the forfeiture of your 20% deposit, and the item will be passed to the next highest bidder.
AUTHENTICITY & CONDITION
- 100% Authenticity is guaranteed. Every auctioned item comes with a verifiable Entrupy Certificate of Authenticity.
- All items are pre-owned. Please review all photos, videos, and condition descriptions carefully before placing a bid.
RETURN POLICY
- ALL AUCTION SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our blind auctions, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

+ Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton (LV), Dior, Celine, Fendi, Loewe, Prada, Bottega Veneta, Saint Laurent (YSL), Gucci, Balenciaga, Jacquemus.
CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
+ Items must be 100% authentic and in good to excellent condition
+ No replaced, altered, or customized parts
+ Items with severe damage, strong odors, or missing components will not be accepte
PRE-CONSIGNMENT EVALUATION
+ Please send clear photos from all angles (front, back, sides, bottom, interior, corners, hardware, serial/date co
+ Videos are not accepted
+ Price evaluation will be provided within 07 day
+ Final acceptance is subject to in-store inspection and authentication
AUTHENTICITY
+ All items undergo a strict authentication process
+ Revoir Lux Boutique reserves the right to decline any item
+ Authentication check fee of €30 + shipping fee for returning unqualified items are borne by the consignor
CONSIGNMENT PERIOD
+ Standard consignment period: 90 days
+ Early withdrawal before 90 days: €25 advertising fee
PRICING & COMMISSION
+ Pricing is determined based on market value, brand, condition, and demand
+ Commission is deducted from the final sale price
+ Payout will be made within 07 working days after the item is sold
UNSOLD ITEMS
+ After 90 days, the consignor may collect the item or request return shipping
+ Return shipping costs are paid by the consignor
AGREEMENT
+ By consigning with Revoir Lux, the consignor agrees to all terms stated above.
⚖️ RESERVATION ⚖️
+ Reservations can be made with a deposit of 30%-50% of the item price (percentage determined by us).
+ The reservation period is up to 10 working days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
+ No reservations will be accepted without a deposit.+
+ Deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
+ Deposits cannot be transferred or used for other items.
+ The reserved item may be released if the deposit is not completed or settlement is not made within the agreed timeframe.
+ We cannot guarantee availability of any item until the deposit has been received.
+ In certain cases, the settlement period may be extended, subject to approval.
By placing a deposit, you agree to the above reservation terms.
